Mental wealth is the idea of utilizing our emotions, thoughts, and feelings to change our perspectives about life and living. The fundamental purpose is about creating self-compassion and care for ourselves as well as others, while identifying our strengths and improving ourselves.
Becoming a mentally wealthy individual is a process of taking responsibility for who you are in the present moment, learning about your mental status, and continuously setting goals for self-improvement and growth. Its purpose is to foster an attitude of self-compassion to not only yourself but others as well. Simply put, it is about how we can be more effective in whatever role we play in life, whether it is a parent, friend, or entrepreneur.
Through this process, we identify your goals and strengths, while exercising constant reflection and insight to foster an attitude for strength and growth in the areas of your life that you wish to improve. This is not counselling, but a perspective shift exercise.
